At ALOHAS, we want you to love your sustainable fashion pieces; if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

Visit our online return center and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

Select Items and Reason

Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the most accurate reason from the dropdown menu.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your original reusable packaging.

Drop Off Your Package

Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
